One night's payment is due within 7 days of booking. Balance due at least 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled more than 14 days in advance, there is a full refund minus a $50.00 processing charge. No refunds if cancelled within 14 days of scheduled stay. If we can rebook the house, we will refund all but 1 night's rent.

Well-behaved pets allowed - no more than 3 pets.  A deposit of $250 is required.  If there is no damage, $200 of deposit is refundable with $50 of the deposit kept as a housekeeping fee.  The refundable portion of the deposit may be waived for repeat renters.

Please note: There is a 3 night minimum for weekend rentals during summer months and ALL holidays.
There is a 2 night minimum for rentals year-round.

During Winter Season, no reservations will be accepted for nightly or weekly rentals until after September 30th.
During Summer Season, no reservations will be accepted for stays of less than 7 days until after March 31st.
